Love the thing about water – it totally works! Another thing to take into account is that it also works with other things – like chips and cookies. I find if I just take the amount of cookies I feel okay having and put the rest away, I’m much more likely to stick to that amount than if I just have the bag next to me while I watch TV. In that case I’m far more likely to eat the whole bag without realizing it!
