I love the tip about e-mail annoyances to avoid. I have been pining for an iPhone forever and get a little annoyed every time a friend ends an e-mail that way.

i love the first tip. as a starbucks employee, i sometimes watch to see who is the big jerk leaving all the milk spills and who actually goes so far as to clean it all up with the napkins. its actually pretty interesting….
